🔹 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Exchanges or store credit will be provided where applicable.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
🔹 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size
- Different colour
- Defective or damaged items
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
🔹 Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method (where applicable)
🔹 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Used or worn items
- Items returned after 3 days
- Clearance or sale items (if you choose to enforce this)
🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
